Your Real-French Conversation

Textbook Samples

My lessons are structured around conversation textbooks:

There are 10 units per level, for a total of 8 levels
At the end of each level we do a review and a level-up assessment (optional) & I give you feedback
The lesson content is flexible: at the beginning of each lesson, I'll ask you what you'd like to do ("textbook or something else today?")

If you browse them, you'll see that they are designed:

to give you guidance and let you improve step-by-step.
for conversation, I do the explaining on grammar and vocabulary when necessary

My target with you will be to spend less than 50% the lesson with the book visible. The textbook is there for support, but it's not the end-goal :)

How does your program work?

At the end of the free trial, I show you my different lesson plans.

I'll also give you a quick tour of the platform I use to share lesson reports & homework (if you want any) with you.

After that, we say goodbyes and I send you a link to my lesson plans, so you can look at the options and see if something works for you, stress-free:)

How much are the lessons?

It's within the usual pricing for 1-on-1 private lessons.

I share it at the end of the trial because the price per lesson depends on several things:

the lesson package: I offer packages of 10, 20 or 40 lessons
homework: when you complete a certain number of homework, you get a free lesson added to your plan
other things like referrals can get you free lessons :)
Due to the above, I prefer to share the pricing in the trial so I can give more detail and answer your question about the options.

Do you teach online or in-person?

I teach online (Zoom), but I'm occasionally available in-person for lessons at a café in Aix-en-Provence and Paris centre where I go regularly.
